Leadership

You will know who leads your relationship, who contributes, and who reviews the work.

The firm is deliberately small. That is the point — the person who knows your business is the person doing the work.

Joseph T. Kruk and Ronald MacDonald, Jr. of JT Kruk Associates, LLC

Joseph T. Kruk

How the work is divided

Clear responsibility, start to finish.

Joe leads

The fit conversation, scope, planning cadence, communication and delivery. He is accountable for the engagement and is your point of contact throughout.

Ron contributes

Fishing and shellfish matters, partnership taxation, trust, estate and gift questions, and representation before tax authorities.

Work is reviewed in-house

Engagements are completed and reviewed within the firm before anything reaches you, and we'll tell you exactly who worked on it.

We describe only the people you will actually work with. Where an engagement calls for capabilities outside the firm's current scope — a formal valuation opinion or expert testimony, for example — we will say so and help you engage the right specialist.

Better financial decisions begin before the return is filed — or the opportunity passes.

Bring tax planning, accounting, cash-flow guidance and business advisory into one relationship with JT Kruk Associates.
